I made lamb and potatoes in the Instant Pot tonight. This is the third night in a row that I have used it to make supper. The lamb had good flavor, but was a bit overdone. Next time I will cook it for a shorter time. You can always put it back in if it's not quite done. What did turn out great (besides the potatoes) was the gravy I made right in the Instant Pot. It was delicious. We even have enough lamb, potatoes, and gravy leftover for lunch tomorrow!
